The HAVmeter has a Structured Implementation Plan to illustrate how industry best-practice implementations are completed.
The purpose of the Plan is to:
Provide our clients with swift, successful implementations that accelerate their return on investment.
Communicate to all parties the targets, responsibilities and communication channels of the project.
A target date of 30 business days has been set to achieve each implementation and this target minimises demands on client resources and delays in meeting the project targets.
In a rollout that is across multiple divisions of a single company, either organisationally or geographically, this plan would be adapted, with the agreement of the client, so that multiple iterations are completed either concurrently or consecutively.
The critical resource in any successful multiple implementation is Professional Services. This team is responsible for on-site implementation and support. The plan is designed to allow the team to work in focused timescales before moving onto further implementations.
